I started at Gensler doing experiential design — projection mapping, XR, stadium-scale activations from Nour Riyadh to Netflix to Austin FC. That's where I learned to think about experience at every scale, and got my first taste of building something big with talented people.

Then six years transforming a legacy casino platform into modern cloud architecture — UX Designer to COO. I learned my real strength: finding good people, getting them aligned, and letting them do their best work. I've taken pay cuts to have better teammates. Always worth it.

Now I lead product and tech across a few software ventures. Looking for the next thing — ideally somewhere that values craft, heritage, and building things that last.
